Does Aizo offer refunds?
- We have a REFUND policy.
How can I exchange my order?
- Online:
- All products purchased from aizoscloset.com can be exchanged if they are in their original state (packaging/tags/motifs/embroideries intact) and with the original receipt.
- To have your article exchanged, please email your order number along with images of the product and the reason for exchange to help@aizoscloset.com within 14 days of purchase.
- Accessories are non-exchangeable.
- Strictly NO EXCHANGE POLICY for sale/discounted items unless a valid reason:
- Wrong size
- Damaged/defected article
- Incomplete package
- Different article
- Items damaged/defective after use will not be considered under the exchange policy.
What is the timeline for the exchange policy?
- An exchange will be processed within 14 working days of receiving and assessing the product by our team.
How will my money be reimbursed?
- Aizo does not offer refunds, articles can be exchanged with desired items worth the same price as the article to be exchanged. However, if a customer has received a damaged article then, a customer can choose to have the same article re-shipped, or a voucher worth the price of the article can be issued. You will be notified via email.
