How to check an item’s availability?

• To check if an item is available online, search for its code or name on the website.

What if I don't have the item code?

• You can send us an image of the product through email or social media messaging. However, we recommend browsing our website to easily find the required items. The names of all articles uploaded on our social media are available on the website as well.

Are items from previous collections available?

• Only items from the current season are available.

How can I find a Size/Variation chart?

• Our Size/Variation chart is available next to the product details section tab.

I want to know about aftercare products.

• Details for each article are mentioned on their respective tags/packaging/in-lays/website pages. However, we can be reached at help@aizoscloset.com for further assistance if required.
